Terms and Conditions
🔹️Before starting any build, a deposit of 40% of the total build is due upfront and is Non-Refundable. All Builds must be paid in full once the process is complete to receive your assemblies.
🔹️Please note that pre-built and made to order are custom built. Therefore All Sales are Final and Non-Refundable.
🔹️Pre-built means they are built and ready to go and not customizable.
🔹️Pre-builds are standardized with pre-selected options.
🔹️All made-to-order builds are upgradable with any of the available options pertaining to that specific build.
🔹️ QvRetrofits can modify your existing headlight/taillight/mirror assemblies. All assemblies shipped in can be modified to the order made and then be shipped back to you.
🔹️The customer is responsible for shipping/drop-offs. If you are shipping to QvRetrofits it is your responsibility to pay for shipping to us and also your responsibility to include the return label.
🔹️We reserve the right to refuse the use of your headlight/taillight/mirror assemblies.
🔹️We reserve the right to refuse any build.
🔹️By checking the box, You are agreeing to a modification service. Our services include modifications to the Existing assemblies or NEW assemblies provided by QvRetrofits. We assume and take no responsibility for your existing assemblies or parts should anything not "work" .
This includes but not limited to;
*Headlight ballast failure
*Headlight level motor failure
*Headlight high beam motor failure
*Taillight module failure
*Taillight Blind spot failure
*Mirror folding motor failure
*Mirror up/down motor failure
🔹️All pricing is subject to change and does not include NYS sales tax or shipping (where applicable).
🔹️Quotes on made-to-order builds are valid for 14 days.
🔸️We generally have a lead time of 2-4 weeks, which may be longer during our busy times or due to items on backorder. Please plan accordingly. 🔸️
Warranty
🔹️All of our builds come standard with a 90 day warranty on all internal modifications
🔹️All LED conversion Kits come standard with a 1 year warranty
🔹️All HID kits come standard with a 1 year warranty
🔹️All Headlight Seals come standard with 90 day warranty.

QvRetrofits is not responsible for any damage caused to your vehicle, its headlights, or any injury that may result due to modification and/or improper installation of any products, or complete retrofit from our services. You should be aware that all modifications to headlights may put them out of compliance with regulatory laws governing vehicle lighting in your city/province/country and therefore the products we sell and services we offer are designed for off-road use only. The customer assumes all risks & liability.
We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these page periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.
